Crunchy oven baked potato/Hrskavi peceni krompir

As much potatoes as You want, for one potato (baking kind) 
You need :
few  drops olive oil 
1/2  teaspoon coarse salt 
1/4  teaspoon coarse black pepper 
 Garlic powder  
 Thymine, or rosemary
Don't give paprika, or chili, it will burn.
Potrebno:
Krompira po broju osoba
par kapi maslinovog ulja
pola manje kasicice soli
malo bibera
prah od bijelog luka
ruzmarina
Niposto stavljati mljevenu papriku jer ce prilikom pecenja da izgori.
 

Wash,  potato and dry well. Pierce potato 8-10 times with the sharp end of knife. Be careful for Your hands! Mix dry seasonings in a small  plastic bag. Pour a little  oil on small plate, grease your  hands , than very exactly grease potato with oil. Shake with the seasonings in sack until evenly coated. Line baking tray with baking paper. Put potatoes, DO NOT WRAP IN FOIL!!!   Pour leftover oil and rest of salt from the bag.  To  get those crunchy skin bake in 220 C about 1 hour, 15 min.

Krompir dobro oprati i posusiti. Pomocu noza dobro izbodati krompir. Obratite paznju na ruke ako se plasite noza uzmite i vilicu. Sastaviti suhe sastojke (zacine) .Krompir pomastiti sa malo ulja. Sastojke koje smo izmjesati jednako nanijeti na svaki krompir. Lim za pecenje prekriti sa papirom za pecenje. Poredati krompir jedan do drugoga. Ako imate visak ulja ili soli iz vrecice pospite po njima. Da bi dobili hrskav krompir ostavite da se pece na 220 C oko sat i 15 minuta.

Those potatoes goes very well with meet, grilled fish or served alone as a meal with dab of butter and dill.

Krompir ide izvrsno uz razna mesa, grilovanu ribu, ili samo uz dodatak malo vlasca i putera.
